This reboot of the franchise for the Xbox 360 is an action-adventure game that introduced a new art style and gameplay direction. It features a stunning, cel-shaded world inspired by Persian folklore. Players control an unnamed protagonist who teams up with a magical companion named Elika. The core gameplay focuses on fluid, acrobatic platforming, a "no-death" system where Elika saves the Prince from fatal falls, and one-on-one combat. The game is celebrated for its unique visual aesthetic and the charming banter between its two main characters.
