Where can we find your store?

We currently don’t have a physical store location, but we’re building up our inventory with the goal of eventually opening one. In the meantime, view our online store here!

If you are looking to sell your games, we offer online quotes. If you accept the quote, our team works with you to coordinate a pickup location or delivery or selling games. 

We ship all our games Canada wide! We also offer FREE local pickup by appointment only.

How does Save and Reload Games work?

Save and Reload Games is your local video game store for buying, selling, and trading video games, consoles, accessories, and collectibles. You can shop our inventory online or through our social media channels, or sell/trade in your gaming items through our easy quote process. Simply send us details about what you have, receive an offer by email, and arrange a meetup or pickup depending on the size of the trade. Once everything is inspected, you’ll get paid on the spot or receive trade credit toward something new for your collection.

What types of gaming items do you accept?

We accept a wide range of official licensed gaming products, including but not limited to consoles (such as Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo), video games (for various platforms), controllers, accessories, and more. Please note that we do not purchase or accept “knock-off” or counterfeit systems, games, or accessories. All items must be genuinely licensed products from the intellectual property owner. If you’re unsure whether we accept a specific item, feel free to contact us for clarification.

How do you determine the value of my gaming items?

Our team assesses the condition, demand, and market value of your gaming items to provide you with a fair quote. Factors such as rarity, completeness (including manuals and original packaging), and overall condition are taken into consideration.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of items I can sell?

We don’t have strict minimum or maximum requirements for the number of items you can sell. Whether you have a single game or an entire collection, we’re interested in making you an offer.

Do I need to clean or prepare my gaming items before pickup?

While it’s not necessary to clean or prepare your gaming items beforehand, we do appreciate items being in a reasonably clean and functional condition. This helps expedite the inspection process during pickup.

How soon will I receive my quote after submitting the form?

We strive to provide quotes as quickly as possible. In most cases, you can expect to receive your quote via email within 24-48 hours of submitting the form. However, during peak times or holidays, it may take slightly longer.

Do you offer pickup for trade-ins?

Yes — we offer complimentary pickup services for larger trade-ins and collections.

For customers within the Edmonton area, your quote must total at least $350 to qualify for pickup. For locations in the Greater Edmonton area — including places like Leduc, Spruce Grove, and Fort Saskatchewan — the minimum pickup threshold is $500.

For smaller trade-ins, we can still arrange a convenient meetup location within Edmonton.

I'm not from the Edmonton area, can I still trade in?

Yes! We do offer Canada wide trade-ins. The process remains the same, and we will send you a label to ship your items to us.

Are my payments secure?

Your security is our top priority. Our store is powered by Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant—the highest industry standard for data safety.

All transactions are protected by bank-grade SSL encryption, ensuring your personal details remain private and scrambled. We never store or even see your credit card information; it’s handled directly by trusted processors to give you a fast, confident, and completely secure checkout every time.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

How do I request a refund?

To initiate a return and potential refund, please contact us at info@saveandreload.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

How long till are orders shipped out?

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Once shipped your shipping timeline selection will begin. You will receive an item shipped notification.

How long do I have to return an item for a refund?

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

What are the conditions for a refund?

To receive a refund, the item must be in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.  

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order, the buyer is responsible for paying the return tracked shipping costs.

Will the original shipping cost be refunded if I return an item?

Generally, the original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

What if I change my mind after receiving the product? Can I get a refund?

Yes, you can return the item within 14 days for a refund, provided it meets our return conditions (original condition and packaging). However, in this case, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method that may take up to 14 business days.

Please note that processing times can vary depending on your payment provider. If you haven't received your refund within this timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you still haven't received it after a reasonable period, please contact us at info@saveandreload.com. Your refund will always be credited back to your original method of payment.
