Sonic Heroes

Sonic Heroes (PS2, 2003) is a high-speed, team-based platformer where you control trios of Sonic characters (Speed, Flight, Power types) in synchronized, lightning-fast stages. Its tag-team mechanics (swap members mid-level to solve puzzles) and vibrant visuals capture the series’ energy, but clunky physics, repetitive level design, and a grating “Team Chaotix” detective mode drag it down. A divisive entry—love it for its ambition, hate it for its jank.
