Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the trade-in services and online store provided by Save and Reload Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By offering your video games and consoles for trade, or by purchasing items through our online store, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility — Trade-In Program
You must be at least 18 years of age to offer your video games and consoles for trade with Save and Reload Games. By participating in our trade-in program, you affirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2. Trade-In Items
You may offer your video games and consoles for trade-in consideration with Save and Reload Games. The items must be in very good condition, as determined solely by us. We reserve the right to reject any trade-in items that do not meet our quality standards.

Condition Note:

• All games must be in great condition, with little to no scratches on the discs.

• If the game originally included manuals or inserts, these must be present.

• Consoles must include original cords, cables, chargers, and matching controllers (where applicable) in good working condition.

3. Ownership and Authorization — Trade-In Program
By offering your video games and consoles for trade, you represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner and have the legal authority to sell or trade the items. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Save and Reload Games from any claims related to the ownership or authorization of the trade-in items.

4. Valuation and Offer — Trade-In Program
We will provide a valuation (quote) for your trade-in items based on condition, market demand, and our current inventory. Our offer is final and non-negotiable. You may accept or decline at your discretion.

5. Acceptance and Payment — Trade-In Program
If you accept our offer, ownership of the items transfers to Save and Reload Games. Upon receipt and inspection, payment will be issued in the agreed form (cash or, in the future, store credit).

6. Non-Returnable — Trade-In Program
Once the offer has been accepted and the trade-in items transferred, the transaction is final and non-returnable after a 48-hour cooling-off period.

7. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute regarding the trade-in process or valuation will be handled through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

8. Online Store Purchases — WooCommerce

a) Store Currency and Shipping

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

• We ship to Canadian addresses only.

b) Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be in the same condition as when sold, including original packaging (where applicable).

9. Changes to Terms
Save and Reload Games reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in our trade-in program or use of our online store constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
