Infamous 2

inFAMOUS 2 (PS3, 2011) is a supercharged sequel that amps up Cole MacGrath’s lightning powers with new abilities, a bigger New Marais open world, and user-generated missions. The morality system (hero or villain?) delivers two wildly different endings, while the improved combat (ice powers! kinetic melee!) makes every fight a spectacle. Though its story lacks the first game’s rawness, the explosive set-pieces (storm the militia’s fortress!) and emotional finale cement it as a PS3 must-play.
