With hundreds of NPCs on-screen (a technical feat at the time), its arcadey missions range from rescuing hostages to pure destruction—think Grand Theft Auto meets The Warriors, but with clunky controls and shallow depth. A guilty pleasure for its over-the-top violence, though more novelty than lasting appeal.
