MediEvil 2 resurrects the clumsy, heroic knight Sir Daniel Fortesque 500 years after his first adventure, plunging him into the heart of a grotesque and darkly humorous Victorian London in 1886. When an evil sorcerer named Lord Palethorn rediscovers Zarok’s spellbook, Sir Dan awakens as a museum exhibit to find the city overrun by zombies, demons, and even a reptilian Jack the Ripper. This sequel significantly upgrades the gameplay with a new modern arsenal (including pistols and blunderbusses), a much more cinematic and linear story, and the bizarre Dan Hand ability—allowing you to detach Sir Dan’s head and control it atop a reanimated green hand for solving puzzles in small spaces.
