The Mummy

The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor for the Nintendo DS (2008) is an action-adventure game loosely based on the third Mummy film. Playing as Rick O’Connell or his son Alex, you battle undead forces across China using melee combat, firearms, and puzzle-solving. The game features stylus-based touch controls for interactions and combat, along with cooperative multiplayer. While it captures the film’s adventurous tone, it received mixed reviews for repetitive gameplay and clunky mechanics. A companion Mummy Demastered (2017) by WayForward, a retro-style Metroidvania, is far more acclaimed.
