Pokemon Black Version 2

Return to the Unova region for the first true direct sequel in the series’ history. Set two years after the original Pokémon Black, Pokémon Black 2 places you in the shoes of a brand-new trainer starting in a different part of the map. The landscape has changed significantly—new cities have risen, older ones have evolved, and portions of the region have been mysteriously frozen in ice. Unlike the first game, you can catch Pokémon from previous generations right from the start, building a more diverse team to take down the reformed Neo Team Plasma. This sequel is packed with more content than its predecessor, featuring the Pokémon World Tournament—where you can battle every Gym Leader and Champion from previous regions—and the PokéStar Studios, where you can film your own Pokémon movies. With its refined graphics, faster gameplay, and the powerful new forms of the legendary Kyurem, Black 2 is often cited as the peak of the 2D Pokémon era.
