Wario Land 3 [Loose]

Wario Land 3 is a unique and wonderfully quirky platforming adventure for the Game Boy Color, tossing out traditional lives and instead making Wario an invincible, greedy buffoon. After crash-landing and getting sucked into a magical music box, Wario must explore a non-linear world where progress is a puzzle in itself. Enemy attacks don’t hurt him; they hilariously transform him—turning him into a zombie to fall through floors or setting him ablaze to destroy certain blocks. The joy of the game comes from revisiting levels after gaining new abilities from scattered treasures, solving the Metroidvania-style roadblocks, and using Wario’s slapstick transformations to unlock new paths.
