Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 7 days from the date you received your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the item you received is defective or if there was an error on our part, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the defective item or noticing the error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
