We’ve made the process simple:
And don’t worry—if you’re in Edmonton, we still happily take in-person trade-ins within the city as well as at expos and events that we’re at too. This mail-in option just makes it easier for everyone else across the country.
Before shipping anything, you’ll need to reach out to us through our email or trade-in submission form with a list of what you want to trade. We’ll review it and send you a quote.

Once you accept the quote, we’ll generate the shipping label(s) for you based on:
The cost of the shipping label(s) will be deducted from your final trade-in value.

You’re responsible for packing your items safely. Please make sure:
Good packaging helps prevent damage during shipping.

Attach the shipping label(s) to your box(es) and arrange drop-off or pickup directly with the corresponding shipping carrier.

Once your items arrive, our team will inspect and test everything just like an in-store trade-in.
Payment will be sent via EMT (Etransfer) within 7 business days of receiving your items, giving us time to properly test and verify them.

Customers are responsible for shipping items to us. Save and Reload Games will provide the shipping label(s) at a discounted rate and quote the shipping cost upfront before anything ships.
The cost of the label(s) will be deducted from the quoted buy price, so there are no surprises once your items arrive.
Any damage, missing pieces, or functional issues may result in a reduced payout compared to the original quote.
Damage caused by poor packaging may lower the final trade-in value. Please pad and protect your items properly.

may be returned to the customer at their expense.
All trade-ins are subject to final inspection and testing once received.
If items are declined or need to be returned, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
