Fill out our online form with details about your gaming items, receive a quote via email, schedule a pickup at your convenience, and get paid in cash on the spot when our team member arrives to inspect and collect your items.

We strive to provide quotes as quickly as possible. In most cases, you can expect to receive your quote via email within 24-48 hours of submitting the form. However, during peak times or holidays, it may take slightly longer.
No, there is no fee for pickup. Our pickup service is complimentary for customers who meet a certain purchase threshold within our service area.

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
