Fill out our online form with details about your gaming items, receive a quote via email, schedule a pickup at your convenience, and get paid in cash on the spot when our team member arrives to inspect and collect your items.

We accept a wide range of gaming products, including but not limited to consoles (such as Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo), video games (for various platforms), controllers, accessories, and more. If you’re unsure whether we accept a specific item, feel free to contact us for clarification.

Our team assesses the condition, demand, and market value of your gaming items to provide you with a fair quote. Factors such as rarity, completeness (including manuals and original packaging), and overall condition are taken into consideration.

We don’t have strict minimum or maximum requirements for the number of items you can sell. Whether you have a single game or an entire collection, we’re interested in making you an offer.

While it’s not necessary to clean or prepare your gaming items beforehand, we do appreciate items being in a reasonably clean and functional condition. This helps expedite the inspection process during pickup.

We strive to provide quotes as quickly as possible. In most cases, you can expect to receive your quote via email within 24-48 hours of submitting the form. However, during peak times or holidays, it may take slightly longer.

No, there is no fee for pickup. Our pickup service is complimentary for customers in our service area.

We currently serve Edmonton and its surrounding areas for pickup services. If you’re unsure whether your location is within our service area, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for clarification.

We pay for your gaming items in cash (and in the future, store credit) at the time of pickup. If you have any concerns or prefer an alternative payment method, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes there are delivery and shipping options available.  These can be discussed on a case by case basis.
