Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the trade-in services provided by Save and Reload Games (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By offering your video games and consoles for trade, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or older to offer your video games and consoles for trade with Save and Reload Games. By participating in our trade-in program, you affirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2. Trade-In Items

You may offer your video games and consoles for trade-in consideration with Save and Reload Games. The items must be in very good condition, as determined by us in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject any trade-in items that do not meet our quality standards.

Condition Note: All games must be in great condition with little to no scratches on the discs.  If the game came with any manuals, they’ll also need to be present. For Consoles, they must come with their original cords, cables, chargers and matching controllers (where applicable).  These must be in good working condition as well.

3. Ownership and Authorization

By offering your video games and consoles for trade, you represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of the items and have the legal authority to sell or trade them. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Save and Reload Games from any claims arising out of or related to the ownership or authorization of the trade-in items.

4. Valuation and Offer

Save and Reload Games will provide a valuation (quote) for your trade-in items based on factors such as condition, market demand, and current inventory levels. Our valuation is final and non-negotiable. You may accept or decline our offer at your discretion.

5. Acceptance and Payment

If you accept our offer for your trade-in items, you agree to transfer ownership of the items to Save and Reload Games. Upon receipt and inspection of the items, we will issue payment to you in the agreed-upon form, cash and in the future (store credit).

6. Non-Returnable

Once you have accepted our offer and the trade-in items have been transferred to us, the transaction is considered final and non-returnable following 48 hours of the completed trade in transaction. You may not request the return of the trade-in items or reverse the transaction after the 48 hour (cooling off period).

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or disagreement regarding the trade-in process or valuation of items, both parties agree to resolve the matter in good faith through negotiation and discussion.

Changes to Terms

Save and Reload Games reserves the right to modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in our trade-in program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
