Saints Row 2 (PS3, 2008) is the pinnacle of open-world chaos, cranking up the absurdity while keeping the heart of its gangster roots. Rebuild the Saints with unmatched customization (pimp suits, zombie voices, and flamethrower guitars), then conquer Stillwater through over-the-top missions (insurance fraud, septic truck sabotage, and literal streaking).
