Catherine: Full Body is an enhanced re-release of the 2011 puzzle-adventure game Catherine, known for its blend of social simulation and challenging block-climbing puzzles. Players once again follow Vincent Brooks, a man torn between his long-term girlfriend Katherine and the alluring Catherine, as he navigates complex relationship dilemmas and increasingly bizarre nightmares. This “Full Body” edition introduces a new love interest, the amnesiac pianist Rin, adding new story paths, cutscenes, and endings, further complicating Vincent’s romantic entanglements and moral choices. The gameplay alternates between social interactions and decision-making during the day at the Stray Sheep bar, and intense, strategic puzzle sequences at night where Vincent must climb collapsing towers in his nightmares to survive, with his choices in the waking world influencing the challenges he faces.
