Nintendo 3DS XL Pokemon Xerneas + Yveltal Red Edition

There was no officially released “Pokémon X/Y Red Edition” of the New Nintendo 3DS XL. Instead, Nintendo released a special-edition 3DS XL (the older model, not the “New” version) in both red and blue, featuring artwork of the Legendary Pokémon Xerneas and Yveltal. This console did not come with the games included and was released just before the games themselves. The New Nintendo 3DS XL was later released in a standard red color, which would have been compatible with the Pokémon X and Pokémon Y game cartridges.
